Service Marketing
Representative
DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORT TO: Call Center Manager
STATUS: Non-Exempt
UNION AFFILIATION: Union
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Service Marketing Representative will
participate directly in marketing the Company’s
services to new and targeted patient populations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Market the Company’s services to
existing and new patients as directed through
various
marketing outreach campaigns. May be assigned
to work on various marketing and promotional
campaigns directed to patient enrollment,
follow up and preventive care.
2. In addition, responsible for providing
service to identified patient populations
within the
practice.
3. May provide orientation to the Company’s
facilities and services provided at all locations,
facilitate first time members visits and introduce
patients to physicians and staff.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
2. Ability to utilize various computer systems,
including but not limited to Microsoft
Word, Excel and PowerPoint
3. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain
excellent customer relations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A minimum of one (1) year experience in a
service related function.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum requirement is a High School diploma
or equivalency
